I develop coarse-grained models for biomolecules and apply multi-scale molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the interactions between protein and nucleic acids. With the implementation of various models in the software GENESIS and the execution of simulations on supercomputers like Fugaku, we gain exciting results on large-scale behaviors of biomolecular systems, such as liquid-liquid phase separation
